OVERVIEW

On January 31, 2020, CONNECTICUT MEDICAL INSURANCE COMPANY (“CMIC”), filed an application for Reorganization with the Connecticut Insurance Department (the “Department”) pursuant to Conn. Gen. Stat. § 38a-156a requesting approval by the Insurance Commissioner of the State of Connecticut for the proposed reorganization of the mutual insurance company, CONNECTICUT MEDICAL INSURANCE COMPANY, into a stock insurance company, INTEGRIS FINANCIAL SERVICES INCORPORATED. The proposed reorganization will be effected pursuant to the terms of the proposed reorganization dated March 7, 2020.

As required by Conn. Gen. Stat. § 38a-156a a public hearing with be held on the proposed reorganization of the mutual insurance company. Pursuant to Executive Order 7B, issued on March 14, 2020 by Governor Ned Lamont, the hearing shall be held remotely by conference call granting adequate access to all members of the public. A notice of public hearing will be issued to consider the proposed reorganization.
